Justin Niederhofer
Co-founder/CEO
Justin has substantial experience in project management with over 17 years of professional engineering experience. Justin has worked extensively with designing and managing large scale, high value projects with efficiency and excellence. He continually evaluates systems for optimization opportunities ensuring his teams are continually growing in excellence and effectiveness.
In addition to being an accomplished engineer Justin also works as the COO for our subsidiary company, Audacious Designs, that specializes in Design and Interiors.
Justin attended Texas Tech University receiving is BS in Petroleum Engineering and is a driven leader that displays strong success in leading people to success. In addition to his successful career as an Engineer, it is by grace that Justin was called into Real Estate where his God given gifts began to propel him into purpose.
Justin holds active memberships with industry leaders through the PBBA (Permian Basin Builders Association). In addition Justin has a variety of strong networked relationships with the building community in west Texas and continually works as the project manager in partnership with GC’s as necessary.
With over two decades of combined experience this husband and wife duo know how to work together effectively to serve our clients with excellence!

Rachel
Rachel Niederhofer
Co-founder/CCO
With close to a decade of experience in Interior Design, Rachel brings the creative vision that propels our projects into desirable spaces. With experience in both residential and commercial interior design, from new construction to renovation, and functional space planning, Rachel designs spaces to maximize efficiency and enhance the overall beauty.
Rachel also works as the CEO at our subsidiary company, Audacious Designs, where she operates as the lead designer and creator.
Rachel attended The University of New Mexico receiving her BBA in Finance and is a driven entrepreneur at heart. It was by grace that she was called into the business of design and real estate where her God given gifts began to propel her into purpose.
Rachel holds active memberships with industry leaders through ASID (American Society of Interior Designers), IDS ( Interior Design Society) and the PBBA (Permian Basin Builders Association).
Rachel has a variety of strong networked relationships with the building community in west Texas and continually works as the project manager for every design project in partnership with GC’s as necessary.
